Does the guarantee also apply after my purchase?
Yes. You have up to 30 days after your order to report a lower price. We then refund you the difference.
Which products are covered?
Our garden houses, log cabins, pool houses, garages, carports and timber buildings — the heart of our range.
Does the product have to be exactly the same?
Yes. For a fair comparison we look at brand, model, reference, timber thickness and finish, and compare only with equivalent quality brands.
Which suppliers does the guarantee apply to?
Any publicly accessible German online shop or physical retailer. Personal discounts, memberships or one-off promotions do not count.
What if the price is obviously incorrect?
Prices that are obviously incorrect (typographical errors) or below cost are not covered.
How do I report a lower price?
Send the link, price and product to [email protected]. Once approved, we match the price.
