Can I exchange or return unused items?
Yes. Unused items, with their packaging in its original condition where possible, can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. Please contact us in writing within this period. If we do not hear from you within this period, we assume you are happy with your purchase.
The cost of return is borne by the customer.
Please note: Items made specially for you cannot be returned.
On receipt and inspection of the returned goods we refund the amount paid within 15 working days.
I received the items I ordered damaged. What should I do?
First of all, our apologies. Despite the quality of our items and their packaging, an item can occasionally reach you in less than perfect condition. We will arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible. Send us an e-mail at [email protected] with a description of the problem, or call us on +32 (0)52 52 30 59.
