🔒 Safe and certified
All our playhouses are made of natural timber, free of harmful substances, and are EN-71 certified – the European safety standard for toys. Windows and doors have 15–20 mm of clearance between the frames, which greatly reduces the risk of trapped fingers and injuries.
⚙️ Easy assembly
The construction is based on tongue-and-groove joints and can easily be built by one person. All parts are securely packed and supplied with clear assembly instructions – an ideal DIY project. All timber parts are supplied in their natural, untreated state and must be treated before assembly.
🌿 Characteristics of natural timber
We use high-quality, FSC® C110730 certified, kiln-dried and planed pine/spruce. Small cracks, colour differences and slight gaps between the boards are natural features, not defects – once correctly treated the timber settles down. Dimensions may vary by 1–2 mm for natural reasons.
🪵 Care
Treat the timber on every side with a water-based wood preservative before assembly. Untreated timber can develop blue stain or mould. The playhouse can then be painted or decorated – perfect for creative projects with the children.
🛡️ Warranty – 2 years
Our products come with a 2-year warranty on faulty parts, valid when assembled according to the instructions. Check within 14 days that all parts are present. Faulty parts that have already been treated or built in are not covered by the warranty. Report defects in writing with photos and the LOT number.
🚚 Packaging and delivery
Packed on pallets and delivered unassembled by 19-tonne lorry with a tail lift; the parts are protected with black film. Delivery is made as close to the house as possible, depending on access for large vehicles. A telephone number is required for delivery. Storage: dry, dark, not in direct contact with the ground, protected from sun and moisture.
🧱 Preparing for assembly
Check local building regulations. Treat all boards twice on every side with a water-based preservative. The base must be perfectly level and square; the minimum clearance between the foundation and the first wall element is 45 mm. The roofing felt supplied gives short-term protection – for long-term protection we recommend bitumen shingles.
